Lockdown 3 !

We enter the New Year and journey through the season of Epiphany. The wise men brought their gifts to the Christ child and we too have gifts to offer. Sadly our gift of worship cannot at present be joined by meeting together.

Due to this current lock down, the very alarmingly high rate of infection in this particular area and the vulnerability by age of the majority of those who regularly attend church, the PCC and I have taken the decision to suspend all public worship at St Michael’s Church Newquay.

We will continually review this but do not expect the situation to change until at least the end of January 2021.

A Zoom based service will be offered every Sunday at 11am – if you would like to be included on the invitation list let us know at – newquaychurches@icloud.com

On Sunday’s at 6.30pm a further act of worship is offered ‘at home’, where you can be sent via the post an Order of Service, or by email (which includes music for the service) you can join Rev’d Hilary Spong who will lead on this and again receive all you need by letting us know at the above email address or call myself or Rev’d Hilary.

We continue to pray and also study the Bible, especially at a Zoom session on Monday evenings at 7pm – again let me know if you want to join us.

Join your prayers with mine as we continue as people of Hope, drawn by the light we see manifested in the Messiah, the Son of God, Christ Our Lord.
