Britain is now in lockdown (Tier 5)
While church services are permitted, it has been decided in view of a local spike in infections to suspend these for the rest of January. Funerals may take place for up to 30 people but any other ceremonial or gathering is restricted to 6 people only. Weddings can take place in exceptional circumstances only and then with a maximum of 6 people in attendance (plus the officiant).
Private worship can be arranged – please apply to Canon Jem to agree a time.
Zoom services will continue for those who can and Hilary’s Home Eucharist available online or by post will be maintained each Sunday. A Zoom bible study of the week’s readings will also be available normally on a Monday evening.
